Welcome to Veyora. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the terms that apply when you request, schedule, or receive residential cleaning services from Veyora.
By requesting a quote, booking a cleaning service, or allowing Veyora to perform services at your property, you agree to these Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at veyorahomes@gmail.com before booking.
1. Our Services
Veyora provides residential cleaning services, including services such as:
- Standard Residential Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
- Post-Construction Cleaning
- Other cleaning services described on our website or included in an individual quote
The exact services included in your appointment depend on the service selected and the details provided when requesting a quote.
Services may vary depending on the size, condition, accessibility, and specific needs of the property.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and the expected condition, size, and requirements of the property.
A quote may be adjusted if the actual condition or circumstances of the property differ significantly from the information provided when the quote was prepared.
Additional charges may apply when a property requires substantially more time, labor, or specialized work than what was included in the original quote.
Examples may include:
- Excessive buildup or neglect
- Excessive dirt, dust, grease, or grime
- Heavy pet hair or waste
- Large amounts of clutter
- Unusually large or heavily soiled areas
- Post-construction residue beyond the scope originally described
- Additional rooms or areas not included in the original quote
- Special cleaning requests
- Conditions that require substantially more time than anticipated
If we determine that additional time or charges are necessary, we will communicate this with you before performing the additional work whenever reasonably possible.
3. Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting a quote or booking a service.
This includes information such as:
- Property size
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Property condition
- Cleaning needs
- Pets
- Areas requiring additional attention
- Access instructions
- Any other information that may affect the time, difficulty, or safety of the service
Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in a revised quote or additional charges.
4. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting a quote request does not automatically guarantee an appointment.
An appointment is considered confirmed once Veyora has communicated confirmation of the requested service, date, and time.
Availability is subject to our schedule.
Veyora reserves the right to decline or reschedule a booking when necessary due to scheduling limitations, unsafe conditions, insufficient information, or other reasonable circumstances.
5. Payment
Payment is due according to the payment terms communicated to you when your service is booked.
Customers are responsible for paying the agreed-upon amount for services provided, including any additional charges that were communicated and approved.
If payment is not received as agreed, Veyora may decline future services or require payment before accepting another booking.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice is free of charge, subject to availability. A $20 fee may apply to appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fee will be communicated to you before or at the time of booking.
Veyora may waive a cancellation or rescheduling fee when circumstances reasonably warrant an exception.
Lockouts: The client is responsible for ensuring Veyora has access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If our team arrives and cannot access the property due to a locked door, unavailable entry code/key, or another issue within the client’s control, a $50 lockout fee may apply. If access cannot be provided within a reasonable waiting period, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, so please communicate this with us beforehand. Fees may be waived at Veyora’s discretion.
7. Access to the Property
Customers are responsible for providing Veyora with safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
Customers may provide access by:
- Being present
- Providing a key
- Providing an access code
- Providing another agreed-upon method of entry
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any provided access information is accurate.
If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time because appropriate access was not provided, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and applicable cancellation or lockout fees may apply.
8. Utilities & Working Conditions
The property must have access to basic utilities reasonably necessary to perform the requested cleaning services, including working water and electricity.
Customers are responsible for informing Veyora of any conditions that may affect the safety or ability to perform the service.
9. Pets
Customers should inform Veyora about pets that are present at the property.
For the safety of pets, customers, and cleaning professionals, Veyora may request that pets be secured in a separate area while cleaning is being performed.
Veyora may decline or discontinue a service if an animal presents a safety concern or significantly interferes with the cleaning process.
10. Valuables & Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for securing valuable, fragile, irreplaceable, or highly sentimental items before the cleaning appointment.
This may include:
- Jewelry
- Cash
- Collectibles
- Important documents
- Electronics
- Antiques
- Artwork
- Heirlooms
- Other items of significant monetary or sentimental value
Customers should also secure personal or sensitive documents and information before cleaners arrive.
Veyora is not responsible for loss or damage to items that were improperly stored, unstable, defective, or not reasonably identifiable as requiring special handling.
11. Fragile or Special Items
Please notify Veyora before the appointment if there are fragile, delicate, antique, valuable, or specialty items that require particular care.
Unless specifically agreed upon in advance, Veyora may decline to clean items that require specialized knowledge, equipment, or handling.
This may include certain antiques, fine artwork, delicate fabrics, specialty surfaces, or other materials that could be damaged by ordinary cleaning methods.
12. Existing Damage & Conditions
Veyora is not responsible for damage that existed before the cleaning service began.
This may include but is not limited to:
- Pre-existing scratches
- Cracks
- Stains
- Discoloration
- Water damage
- Mold or mildew damage
- Deteriorated surfaces
- Loose fixtures
- Damaged furniture
- Defective appliances
- Peeling paint or finishes
- Other pre-existing conditions
Cleaning may reveal existing damage or imperfections that were previously hidden by dirt, dust, or buildup.
13. Cleaning Limitations
Cleaning can improve the appearance and condition of many surfaces, but certain stains, odors, buildup, discoloration, damage, or deterioration may not be completely removable.
Veyora does not guarantee that every stain, odor, buildup, or imperfection will be completely eliminated.
We will use reasonable cleaning methods appropriate for the requested service and the surfaces we are able to safely identify.
14. Hazardous or Unsafe Conditions
For the safety of our customers and cleaning professionals, Veyora may decline, stop, or reschedule a service if the property contains conditions that are unsafe or outside the scope of ordinary residential cleaning.
This may include:
- Exposed needles or biohazardous materials
- Human or animal waste beyond ordinary pet-related cleaning
- Dangerous chemicals
- Significant mold or hazardous contamination
- Infestations
- Structural hazards
- Exposed electrical hazards
- Severe clutter that prevents safe movement
- Weapons or other dangerous objects
- Any other condition that presents a significant safety risk
Veyora does not provide hazardous-material remediation, pest-control services, or specialized biohazard cleanup unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
15. Moving or Lifting Items
Customers should move personal belongings, small objects, and other items that they want cleaned underneath or around before the appointment whenever possible.
Our cleaners may move lightweight household items when reasonably necessary to clean an area.
We may not move heavy, fragile, unstable, or unusually valuable objects.
16. Customer Satisfaction
We want you to be happy with your cleaning service.
If you believe an area included in your service was missed or does not meet the agreed-upon cleaning expectations, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after your appointment within 24 hours.
We may request photographs or other information to better understand the concern.
When appropriate, Veyora may offer a reasonable re-cleaning of the affected area.
A re-cleaning does not automatically guarantee a refund, and issues resulting from pre-existing conditions, permanent stains, deterioration, or conditions outside the agreed scope of work may not qualify.
17. Damage Claims
If you believe that Veyora caused damage to your property during a cleaning service, please notify us as soon as possible with details and, when available, photographs of the alleged damage, within 24 hours.
We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution based on the information available.
Customers should not dispose of or repair allegedly damaged items before giving Veyora a reasonable opportunity to review the issue, except when immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent further damage or address a safety concern.
18. Service Areas
Veyora provides services only within the geographic areas we currently serve.
Travel outside our normal service area may be subject to additional fees or may not be available.
Service availability may change over time.
19. Communication
By providing your contact information and requesting a quote or service, you agree that Veyora may contact you regarding:
- Your quote
- Appointment scheduling
- Confirmation or changes to your appointment
- Questions about your requested service
- Customer service
- Follow-up regarding a completed service
If you provide a phone number, communication may occur through phone calls or text messages when reasonably necessary to manage your requested service.
20. Photos & Videos for Quotes
Customers may voluntarily submit photos or videos of their property to help Veyora understand the condition and scope of a requested cleaning service.
Photos and videos may be used to:
- Prepare a quote
- Estimate the time required
- Determine the appropriate services
- Communicate with the customer about the requested service
Customers should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in submitted photos or videos.
Customer-submitted photos and videos will not be used for advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

The information provided on the Veyora website is intended to describe our services generally.
Prices, availability, service descriptions, cleaning times, and other information may change.
A website description does not override the specific terms of an individual quote or booking confirmation.
22. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may contain links, buttons, maps, or other features provided by third parties, including Google, Instagram, and TikTok.
These services operate independently from Veyora and may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
Veyora is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veyora will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from pre-existing conditions, defective or deteriorated property, improperly stored items, or items requiring specialized handling that were not disclosed to us.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
24. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

- The property condition is substantially different from what was represented
- Required access is unavailable
- A customer or other person behaves in a threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner
- An animal presents a safety concern
- Continuing the service could reasonably result in injury or property damage
When reasonably possible, we will communicate the reason for refusing or discontinuing service.
25. Changes to These Terms
Veyora may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our website or booking of services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable California law.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
